GENERALLY PREPARED:

Burdock Root is traditionally prepared as a capsule, tea, or tincture. To prepare as a tea, add 1-2 teaspoons of Burdock Root to 8 oz of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Remove from heat, strain, then enjoy!

Care Instructions

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
