Directions for a Soothing Tea:
  • 1 TBSP Marshmallow Root
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Leaf (optional, for taste)
  • 1 cup warm water (Note: Warm or cold water works best to draw out the natural mucilage; avoid boiling water)
  • Let it steep for 5–10 minutes.
  • Strain and enjoy 2–3 times a day.

Care Instructions

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
