2 Oz of Our Irish Moss aka Chondrus Crispus is from the cold waters of the Atlantic Ocean. It is wild harvested then sun-dried.
To make Irish Moss Gel:
1. Soak 1/2 cup of Irish Moss in a large bowl of cold water for 4-24 hours.
2. Rinse very well.
3. Blend 1 1/2 cups hydrated (soaked) Irish Moss with 3/4 cup water in a high-speed blender.
4. Place in glass bowl or mason jar in refrigerator to set up.
*3/4 cup dry moss will yield 3 cups-soaked Irish Moss.

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
