Ingredients:

Suggested Use:
Suitable for adults and children ages 12 and up. Add 1–2 teaspoons of the herbal blend per 8 oz of fresh spring water. Bring to a boil, turn off the heat, cover, and let steep for 10 minutes (steeping longer enhances the herbal potency).
Please note: This traditional blend becomes more robust and bitter the longer it steeps. We recommend adding a squeeze of fresh lime or a drizzle of agave nectar to taste.

Care Instructions

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
