- Soak 1/2 cup of Irish Moss in a large bowl of cold water for 4 to 24 hours.
- Rinse very well under clean water.
- Blend 1 1/2 cups of hydrated (soaked) Irish Moss with 3/4 cup of water in a high-speed blender until smooth.
- Pour into a clean glass bowl or mason jar and place in the refrigerator to set up.

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
