Description:

This blend of herbs is a powerful sleep tonic. With Passionflower and Chamomile at the base and a hint of Kava Root, this tea helps the body reach a state of deep sleep, and helps you stay asleep longer. Great for insomnia, restless sleep and those that have issues from not feeling rested after sleep.

Instructions:

Fill about 1 tablespoon of tea in an unbleached tea bag or mesh strainer and place in a favorite mug. Bring water just to a boil and steep herbs in water for 5 minutes or until it is as strong as you'd like.

Pouch contains 25-30 servings of tea.

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
