Brewing Instructions:
  1. Place 1 tablespoon of the loose-leaf tea into an unbleached tea bag or mesh strainer and place it in your favorite mug.
  2. Bring fresh water just to a boil and pour over the herbs.
  3. Steep for 5 minutes, or until the tea reaches your desired strength. Enjoy right before bed.

Care Instructions

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
