Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Damaged items have to be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Meelah Moss is not liable for damaged packages reported days after delivery. 

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Delivery Address Policy: 

All addresses need to be double checked prior to checkout, Meelah Moss is not liable for incorrect addresses that are inputted by the customer. Meelah Moss reserves the right to cancel any orders that do not have the same shipping and billing address. Reshipment for orders due to incorrect addresses, will have a shipping fee. Shipping varies based off the order/weight. Price will be discussed via chat at the time of reordering. 

Lost packages/Attempted Delivery via USPS and UPS

Meelah Moss is not liable for any packages once given to the courier, once your package is accepted by the courier, please contact them regarding attempted delivery notes and or delivery notifications. All orders will need a claim number before a reorder or credit can be granted. 


Refrigeration policy:

All sea moss gel requires refrigeration, failure to refrigerate makes you ineligible for replacement items. 

 

Cancellations:

Cancellations are available up to 4 hours after placing your order. 

 

Refunds:

Refunds (when granted) are sent as store credit. All disputes should be handled by us. Please discuss any concern's or issues with Meelah Moss representative before going to your financial institution.
