The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.

The product definitely did what it was supposed to do !!!!!!!
Customer service is excellent and the flowery arrived a week after purchased with nice product and business info. I decided to cleanse yesterday. Unfortunately, it didn't go as planned. I soaked the flower in warm water for over an hour and then mixed it with pure organic red juice to drink at 1:11. However, by 10:30 pm, I had vomited three times (two in a row) and had two bowel movements. I was hoping for a powerful effect since I'm sick, which I haven been in year, and have mucus buildup, but it didn't turn out that way. I've been wanting to do this for many years. So, prepared myself with a week fasting, three extended, colonics, purchasing everything that I was told I would need to be “comfortable”
The response and service were much less than desirable. Buyer Beware
Even after I cancelled the order it was still shipped days later and I was constantly redirected back to their return policy even before the product was shipped. Shameful IMHO.

When you requested a cancellation, you did not stay in the chat and allow us to gather more information. As we have advised you, your cancellation can not be done until we hear from you. We waited over a week. No response from you. We shipped the product to you, upon no response. We referred you back to the policy because the policy states all cancellations result in a store credit refund. We need you to state you agree before the cancellation can be processed.
Came in less than 3 weeks, Look good, I received after beginning chemo. Since it can only be done once a year I'm saving the flowers to detox the chemo in April when I'm done.
The soursop leaves are beautiful and much better quality than others I've ordered.
