GENERALLY PREPARED:
Soursop Leaves are known for their tangy flavor and are traditionally prepared as tea. To prepare as a tea, add 2 to 3 Soursop Leaves to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
