Instructions:
- Bring water to a boil in a pot over medium heat. Add ginger and turmeric roots (optional)
- Add 1 teaspoon moringa leaves. Remove the pot from the heat and allow the tea to steep for 5 minutes.
- Pass the tea through a sieve to get a bright yellow tea, without the leaves.
- Serve.

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
