This herbal tea is a mix to assist with supporting female hormonal equilibrium and wellbeing. This is a delicate mix of herbs that are mineralizing and can work with your body to control the production of hormones all through the period of your cycle. All of the herbs are obtained naturally and are free of pesticides, and free of different impurities. It may be consumed on the daily bases and is delicate enough for pregnancy.
Instructions:
Use about 1 tablespoon of loose leaf tea and add it to your tea strainer that can either be metal mesh or an unbleached natural tea bag. Bring your water just to a boil and steep for 5 minutes. Use one or twice a day. This pack will give you on or about 25-30 servings of tea.

The Sea Moss Gel and Elderberry Syrup must be refrigerated. Can be in refrigerator for up to 3-4 weeks. If sea moss is in Freezer it can last up to 5-6 months. The Raw Sea Moss can be stored in dark and left out.
